● TEAM, ​an MDC Partners company, is a multi-disciplined and entrepreneurial creative group with deep brand experience from the realms of strategy, art and design, integrated production, creative marketing and national event management.

● Internal business leader for Bacardi Portfolio & Patrón Tequila, acting as primary point of contact for clients/partners and brand steward within the agency, spearheading strategic initiatives to drive client business growth and ensure the fundamentals of the partnerships exceed client expectations. Client services and expert in account team management of cross-functioning teams to develop new business, seek and cultivate partnerships, managed pitches and proposals from start to finish and oversaw all existing agency programs to ensure client satisfaction is guaranteed while building client trust and loyalty which, as a result, generated revenue and more business for the agency throughout my tenure.

● Responsibilities included developing, leading and executing multi-million dollar experiential event and marketing campaigns for Bacardi North America geared towards consumers, media and advocacy to increase the visibility and acceptability of the brand portfolio while building sales, partnerships and brand loyalty through traditional and nontraditional methods while managing cross functioning teams across multi-cities nationally on an annual basis.

● Led the development, planning and execution of brand projects and sponsorship initiatives nationally assigned to the Bacardi portfolio including but not limited to; South Beach Wine & Food Festival, New York Wine & Food Festival, Miami HEAT & the Miami Marlins.


● Developed and implemented marketing strategies for consumer, trade and partnership initiatives nationally from end to end; managed multi-million dollar budgets for experiential activations; produced communication materials to promote marketing and events nationally via print, digital, social and non-traditional methods of marketing; developed commercial assets for POS for on and off-premise marketing tools; raised awareness for all portfolio programs; responded to RFP’s and client briefs that resulted in experiential activations and brand initiatives across multiple platforms through unique storytelling across the brand’s portfolio nationally including North America, Mexico and Bermuda

● Special projects include managing and overseeing all aspects of production, design, marketing strategy, budget, installation and execution of The Amparo Experience, a semi-permanent, immersive theater experience and grand experiential marketing initiative that tells the story of the Real Havana Club Rum. This was an award-winning experiential activation by a spirits brand for the award presented by AdWeek in 2019 along with two city proclamations and currently on the shortlist for other awards. 

● Developed, led and executed Bacardi’s Super Bowl LIV activations throughout Miami during the week of the big game with concerts and experiential consumer engagement programs at the stadium

● The Workshop is a full-service creative collective with offices in Miami, New York and Los Angeles.

● Responsibilities included out of the box, on-brand, experiential marketing, event conceptualization, seeking partnership development to maximize brand awareness, identifying clear goals and objectives and oversaw all marketing and event production for clients in the hospitality, technology, fashion, co-working and spirits industry.

● Account management included communicating clear goals and objectives to the client while working internally on all cross-functioning teams to ensure responsibilities are held accordingly and client satisfaction is guaranteed.

● Developed marketing initiatives and creative strategies to launch brands in markets nationally from experiential, consumer, media and advocacy events

● Developed pitch decks alongside the creative department to seek new business development including clients such as Diageo that resulted in winning the business to execute consumer engagement experiences for Ketel One Vodka nationally.

● Launched WeWork in Miami in 2015 by working with their NY Based HQ to deliver the brands strategy, ethos and co-working experience in Miami to generate new members while providing unique and meaningful event experiences to existing members


● Event Programming Manager and team leader in facilitating monthly events by supporting hotel operations and high profile member relations at this private members club and hotel that cultivates like-minded individuals in film, media, music, art, fashion, wellness, culinary and other creative industries.

● Cultivated partnerships to produce, plan and execute monthly member events geared towards film, art, music, sports, fashion, wellness, food and beverage to enhance the membership community while completing a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and paying attention to detail.

● Worked closely with the global marketing team on monthly initiatives and member communication pertaining to event activations and sponsorship relationships with Bacardi, Samsung and Spotify, brand-wide global partners, to ensure large scale monthly and annual member events are executed and communicated across all channels as well as​ supporting wide range goals by developing on brand events and marketing initiatives.


● Marketing and Membership Manager and member of the senior staff team, overseeing a team reporting directly to the Executive Director of this contemporary art museum.

● Developed short and long-range marketing goals, initiatives, concrete plans and objectives to ensure the success of strategic membership initiatives; Created, implemented and managed all member programs and special events to drive membership; Promoted museum membership and the annual fund through monthly and annual events, direct mail, annual renewals, upgrade programs and community outreach to increase fundraising initiatives; Secured enhanced benefits for Museum members and high level donors while cultivating and maintaining relationships with individuals, artists, collectors, institutions, organizations and museum patrons.


● Reported directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Public Relations and the Director of Marketing for a 4-diamond, 4-star luxury resort.

● Responsibilities included planning and execution for all media and PR opportunities; Assisted in creating event concept briefs as well as marketing and PR campaigns; Coordinated and managed logistics with the Hotel Operations Department and other key staff; Organized advertising campaigns by managing all marketing and public relations initiatives, as well as determined conceptual ideas for overall marketing of the hotel including all F&B outlets.

● Oversaw the pre-planning, execution and management of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival for two consecutive years working with festival stakeholders and chefs. Responsibilities also included management of the live taping of The TODAY Show.


● Creative Strategist at this marketing, branding and advertising agency; Worked alongside the VP of Marketing as well as the staff with ongoing client projects, media buying/placement, managed advertising campaigns and coordination of commercial shoots; project management and execution
